Refund and Exchange policy

• Pieces by nouran kassem offers you a chance to try on what you ordered while the courier man awaits you , in case you didn’t like the fitting you can pay the delivery fees and return the product back.
• On the other hand if you agreed to take the order and pay for it then there will be no refund
• Once the item is received and courier leaves , no refunds will be accepted only exchanges available in 48 hours only
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging : unworn , unwashed , and with all tags attached.
• Refund only for defected items.

•  ( There is no partial receiving ,You must recieve the whole order or refuse to recieve the whole order )
