Refund and Exchange policy

Pieces by nouran kassem offers you a chance to try on what you ordered while the courier man awaits you , in case you didn’t like the fitting you can pay the delivery fees and return the product back.

On the other hand if you agreed to take the order and pay for it then there will be no refund

Once the item is received and courier leaves , no refunds will be accepted only exchanges available in 48 hours only

Items must be in their original condition and packaging : unworn , unwashed , and with all tags attached.

Refund only for defected items.
